Team Rosters

The table below should be auto-populated with all team members who have signed the online waiver form. Once your roster is complete (all waivers signed), CLICK THE BIG BUTTON BELOW. There will be no need to check in on race day if all waivers were signed electronically.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Verify your paddlers: You can sort the list by name and you can export the list to CSV file (or print) if desired. Once you've verified that everyone has signed the waiver (at least once), check "yes" in the list below (Team Roster Completion) and add the completion date. HINT: Click on the pencil icon to edit, make your changes, and click 'Update'. There will be no need to check in on Saturday before the race.
  2. Want to look at more than one team at a time? You can multi-select from the drop-down box "Team Name" above the table.
  3. See someone twice? No worries. People can sign the waiver as many times as they like, and if they're on more than one of your teams you might see this happen. We only care that the waiver has been signed. It doesn't matter how many times they've signed.
  4. See someone you don't know? Send an email to communication@dragonsports.org and include the person's information (name and email) and we'll get it corrected.
  5. Need to change someone's info? Sorry, the table is not editable by you. Let us know and we'll make the changes.

Team Roster Completion

When your roster is complete:
Check 'Yes' and add the completion date below (make sure you check all applicable teams).

Note: You can enter all or part of your team name in the Search field to quickly find your team(s). Click the pencil icon on the right to edit. Make your changes and then click 'Update' to enable the changes.
